Part-time Customer Service Representative for AAA Lancaster

AAA has been around for a loooong time. Like, longer-than-your-grandma’s-secret-meatloaf-recipe long. But what do you really know about AAA? Maybe you’ve seen our logo on a truck rescuing someone whose car decided to take an unscheduled nap on the highway. Or maybe you’ve spotted us on a billboard during your daily commute, right between the ad for personal injury lawyers and that mysterious “We Buy Houses” sign.

But is that all we are? Pfft. Not even close.

As a recruiter for AAA Central Penn, I can tell you: “You don’t know what AAA does until you work here.” Seriously. We’re like the Swiss Army knife of organizations—minus the tiny scissors that never actually cut anything and the weird toothpick thing that always gets lost.

What do we do? Oh, just a few small things like:

• Helping someone plan the perfect route to their niece’s wedding in North Carolina (because GPS is great until it sends you through a cornfield).
• Making sure families have the right insurance coverage in case life throws a curveball—or a whole batting cage.
• Booking dream honeymoons to Fiji, where the only thing you’ll need to worry about is which coconut drink to try first.

And that’s just the tip of the travel-sized iceberg.

We are currently searching for a Part-Time Member Specialist to help with bringing AAA to the community by working in our Lancaster office located at 804 Estelle Dr in Lanvaster. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is below:

Week One

• Monday: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm

Week Two

• Tuesday: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm
• Thursday: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:45 am - 1:00 pm

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Member Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face of AAA Central Penn—helping members with everything from travel tips to notary services, and even snapping passport photos! Whether you're in one of our cozy branches or our exciting new Giant store locations, you'll be making someone’s day, every day.

Your Superpowers Include:

• Helping members with sign-ups, renewals, and all things AAA.
• Issuing EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets.
• Guiding members to our amazing travel and insurance experts.
• Becoming a Notary Public (we’ll help you get there!).
• Taking passport and international driver’s permit photos.
• Sharing the perks of AAA’s full suite of services.
• Keeping our space welcoming and organized.

 What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for helping people (customer service experience is a plus!).
• Willingness to become a Notary Public (we’ll support you!).
• Clear communication skills—whether in person, on the phone, or online.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and a love for learning new things.
• Tech-savviness to navigate our systems with ease.
