Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time HQ Cleaning Associate to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across our print shop, warehouse, office, and common areas. In this role, you will be key to keeping our operational spaces pristine, efficiently organized, and welcoming for our team and visitors through daily and weekly deep-cleaning procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office, warehouse, print shop, packing areas, restrooms, kitchen, and shared spaces.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, wipe down surfaces, and maintain high-touch areas throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and recycling, break down boxes, and help keep aisles, workstations, and common areas clear and safe.
• Clean and restock restrooms, kitchen areas, and other shared spaces as needed.
• Replenish packing and workplace supplies to help keep operational areas organized and ready for use.
• Support light print shop and fulfillment preparation, including cleaning equipment and preparing packing materials.
• Assist with occasional light facility and exterior cleaning tasks.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and workplace safety practices.
• Help identify cleaning, organization, or supply needs and communicate them to the appropriate team member.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous custodial, commercial cleaning, or facility experience is preferred. Experience in a warehouse, print shop, or office environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to consistently follow the agreed-upon schedule.
• Able to work independently, manage responsibilities efficiently, and follow established cleaning procedures.
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling as part of normal cleaning and facility tasks.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed.

Benefits

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $18 – $23per hour, based on experience.

• Schedule: 5:00 AM – 8:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (or as discussed)
