Part-time CDL driver

Position Title: Part-Time CDL Driver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Part-Time CDL Driver to transport materials, equipment, or products to designated locations. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), maintain a clean driving record, and adhere to all DOT regulations while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Transport and deliver materials, products, or equipment to customers and job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation.
• Load and unload cargo as needed.
• Ensure cargo is secured properly for transportation.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL (depending on position requirements).
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties as needed.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Schedule:

• Part-time, flexible hours.
• Days, evenings, or weekends as needed.
• Home daily for local routes.

Pay Range:

• $21.00 an hour and 20-25 hours a week.
