Part Time Cashier/Receptionist

Schedule: 1 day a week (Monday from 8am-12pm, Monday from 12pm-7pm, or Saturday 8am to 4pm)  

Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for customer service? Allentown Kia, a top automotive dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a positive customer experience, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and connecting them with the appropriate department.
• Process payments for vehicle purchases, service transactions, and parts sales, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the dealership's professional image.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
• Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks and customer interactions.

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or in a customer service role is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and securely.
• Proficient in using basic office software and dealership management systems.
• A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
