Job Description:

One You Love Home Care is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to older adults and individuals who need assistance remaining safe and comfortable at home.

This role is ideal for caregivers looking for meaningful part-time work with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build trusted relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities May Include

•  Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting 
•  Providing mobility and transfer assistance 
•  Preparing meals and encouraging proper hydration 
•  Providing medication reminders 
•  Completing light housekeeping and laundry 
•  Assisting with errands and transportation 
•  Providing companionship and meaningful engagement 
•  Following each client’s individualized care plan 
•  Observing and reporting changes or concerns to the office 
•  Completing required shift documentation accurately 
•  Maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentiality 

Qualifications

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain the following before beginning client assignments:

•  Current CNA license or Home Health Aide certification 
•  Level 2 AHCA background screening/fingerprinting 
•  Current CPR certification 
•  Alzheimer’s and Dementia training 
•  HIV/AIDS training 
•  OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogens training 

Applicants should also:

•  Be dependable and punctual 
•  Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff 
•  Have reliable transportation 
•  Be comfortable working independently in clients’ homes 
•  Demonstrate patience, compassion, and good judgment 
•  Be able to follow written care plans and agency policies
