Part-Time Busser- Loverboy

Loverboy is a new restaurant concept from the team behind Box St. All Day and No Risk No Magic Hospitality Group. It is planned to open at Pearl November 2, 2026.

Summary/Objective

The Busser takes pride in providing a clean environment for guests by promptly setting dining room tables, removing plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal, as well as quickly and efficiently preparing the table for new guests. 

Essential Functions

• Set up and clean dining area before beginning shift and clean dining areas after
• Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests
• Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit. 
• Delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to the appropriate location in the front of the house
• Assist service staff in providing the best guest experience   
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices

Required Education and Experience

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a Food Handlers certification before employment begins
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• POS (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills 
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards
• Must have attention for detail, and a passion for serving Guests
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time; capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.; ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.
