We partner with charter schools, private schools, and forward-thinking, innovative districts that understand the importance of resilience in raising healthy, successful, and achieving students.
Founded by educators and parents (not private equity), our programs are built on the Circle of Courage model of resilience developed by Brendtro, Brokenleg, and Van Bockern. This framework, grounded in decades of youth development research, shapes our four Core Values:
Belonging: Every child feels connected and accepted.
Mastery: Children gain confidence through growth and achievement.
Independence: Students build responsibility and voice.
Generosity: Young people discover purpose by contributing to others.
Our mission is simple: help schools unlock the Five-Hour Advantage by using out-of-school time as a strategic asset. We are a difference maker that helps schools and districts attract families and students by sharing responsibility for engagement, accountability, and community.
