- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies

- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed and minimizing waste

- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies

- Handle cash and process payments accurately

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

- Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting

- Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and mixology techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
