San Diego Gymnastics is looking for energetic and fun coaches that are career minded to join our team! If you are enthusiastic about being a part of the movement to improve the health and lives of kids, this is the job for you! We are looking for committed coaches to teach our recreational gymnastics and parkour classes, camps, events and after-school programs from ages 18 months and up.
Our programs teach kids how to safely move through obstacles, progress through gymnastics or parkour skills, gain balance, flexibility, agility and strength. We provide a clean, safe and fun environment for our kids to not only develop their athletic skills, but to create friendships and life skills that will last a lifetime. We also strive to provide one of the best, upbeat, fun, inclusive and rewarding work environments possible.
Experience with gymnastics, parkour, dance, cheer, or other coaching or teaching is a plus. USAG, CPR/First Aid Certification and background checks required prior to employment.
We have 7 locations throughout San Diego: Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Point Loma, La Costa (Carlsbad), Grossmont Center (La Mesa) and Otay Ranch (Chula Vista)
$18-$30 an hour based on experience. Potential for signing bonus!

Our diverse classes and highly trained coaches create the ideal environment for our students to learn balance, flexibility, patience, confidence in addition to Gymnastics. Our gyms are designed for children from when they start walking through teen years! In addition to our exceptionally clean facilities, our locations were chosen with families in mind. We are located in retail centers with shopping, restaurants and ample parking. We are also located in central areas making it as convenient as possible for families with multiple activities happening at the same time. We believe that Gymnastics should be a fun and positive part of your child's life, which means making it easy on parents, too! Our Coaches are all background checked and certified through USAG, and hold current CPR and First Aid Certifications.
