We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Parking Supervisor to lead daily operations, support team members, and ensure our guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure.

Position Summary

As a Parking Supervisor, you will oversee evening operations at our parking facility, ensuring efficient traffic flow, maintaining safety and security standards, and leading a team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication skills, operational awareness, and a passion for customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and support daily parking operations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment.
Lead, coach, and motivate parking attendants and frontline team members.
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
Monitor facility operations, traffic flow, and parking capacity to maximize efficiency.
Enforce company policies and parking regulations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Assist with shuttle operations and coordinate transportation services as needed.
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and maintain proper accountability procedures.
Complete operational reports, incident documentation, and other administrative tasks.
Conduct facility inspections and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly.
Promote and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Serve as the on-duty leader, responding effectively to guest, employee, and operational needs.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain organized and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.

QualificationsRequired Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent - associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a parking or hospitality environment.
- Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Experience with basic computer operations, including data entry and report generation.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
