What You'll Do

As a Parking Enforcement Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining order and compliance across your assigned area. Day-to-day, you will patrol designated areas to monitor adherence to parking regulations, issue citations or warnings to vehicles found in violation of parking rules, report unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles to the appropriate parties, provide friendly and helpful customer service by addressing questions and assisting guests with parking-related concerns, and maintain accurate and thorough records of all citations issued and incidents encountered.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an outdoor environment. You should be able to communicate professionally and courteously — even in challenging situations — and demonstrate a commitment to fairness and consistency in enforcement. Strong recordkeeping skills and a customer-first mindset are essential.
