We are looking for hardworking team members with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this part-time role, you’ll be an important part of our parking operations team, serving the River and Downtown Zones in beautiful New Braunfels, TX.

What You’ll Do 

Patrol and enforce parking rules in ParkNBTX zones, including issuing citations when necessary.
Provide friendly, helpful customer service to residents, visitors, and business owners.
Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, including light custodial tasks like litter removal.
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and assist with towing logistics when needed.
Support special events and community engagement efforts as assigned.

What We’re Looking For 

Reliable, professional individuals with attention to detail.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Evening and weekend availability.
Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools.
Minimum age of 18 (insurance requirement for driving).
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Weekdays:
Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekends:
Saturday–Sunday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday | 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
