As a Parent-Child Gymnastics Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality classes, supporting curriculum execution, and helping elevate the overall coaching experience in the gym.

• Lead and teach high-quality recreational gymnastics classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Bring confidence, structure, and consistency to every class you lead
• Model excellent coaching techniques, class flow, and safety standards
• Support and guide other instructors through example, encouragement, and feedback
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment where every child feels successful
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive membership experience for families

• You have previous gymnastics coaching experience and feel confident teaching foundational gymnastics skills
• You naturally connect with parents and know how to lead and engage both children and their grown-ups throughout class
• You can manage a class independently while keeping kids engaged, safe, and motivated
• You understand how to adapt skills and progressions for different ages and ability levels
• You treat every class and every child like it’s their first day, every single week
• You take pride in being a leader on the floor and a role model for the team
