Pay range: $18.50 - $22.50, based on years of experience

1ST Shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm

General Duties

Perform pre- and post-operation machine inspections and document findings.

Follow written work instructions and SOP’s to perform routine tasks.

Perform occasional non-routine tasks with careful planning, evaluation, and safety pre-cautions.

Handle door slabs and load and unload machines using a variety of methods both manual and with lift assist equipment.

Sort and stack doors as needed for staging inbound or outbound in production.

Sand, stain, paint, prime, and/or prep door slabs during the production process.

Utilize a variety of pneumatic, mechanical, electric, and hand tools to perform production tasks.

Ensure product passes quality assessment checks
Requirements And NoticeRequirements

One year of staining, painting, or finishing industrial products.

Custom mixing and matching stains and paint colors.

Operating computerized production equipment in manufacturing

Kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting, and standing in place for extended periods

Work with products up to 50lbs throughout the day.

Experience with hand and power tools

Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
