Package Owner

For Packaging and Production services in the Engineering area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or related with at least five (5) years of experience.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish). 
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in:
  • GMP change control and operating-site MOC processes.
  • Track record of executing in live-plant conditions without disrupting production.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Own a portfolio of tie-in and site-integration sub-projects; manage each through definition, design, execution, and turnover.
• Partner with operations on production-impact planning, shutdown windows, and change control under the operating site's quality system.
• Coordinate tie-ins with the Tie-In / Site Integration Manager  and with the PC21 Utilities PM.
• Support and manage contractor mobilization to brownfield environments — escorts, training, GMP gowning, restricted-zone protocols.
• Drive HSE and quality compliance in live-plant conditions; lead Management of Change (MOC) submissions.
• Report cost/schedule status per sub-project; escalate risks to plant operations promptly.
