Overnight Valet Attendant – San Antonio, TX

Location: Multiple hospitality properties across San Antonio 
Potential Earnings: $20.00+ per hour, including base pay and tips

Base Pay Range: $12.00–$14.00 per hour (Depending on property)

Job Type: Full-time and part-time
Schedule: Overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring dependable Overnight Valet Attendants for hotels throughout the city.

You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests arriving and departing overnight, and help maintain a secure and organized parking area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, helping guests, and earning tips.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles.
• Assist with luggage, directions, and vehicle needs.
• Inspect vehicles and document existing damage.
• Organize keys and maintain an orderly valet area.
• Monitor the parking area and report safety or security concerns.
• Respond promptly to overnight guest questions and requests.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain discretion.
• Follow safety, uniform, attendance, and tip-reporting procedures.
• Support team members and complete other assigned duties.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• No more than three moving violations within the past three years.
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
• Ability to remain alert and work independently overnight.
• Availability to work assigned nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required.

Previous valet, hotel, security, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, run, and remain active for extended periods.
• Frequently enter and exit vehicles.
• Lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Work safely around moving vehicles.
