Overnight CNA - Home Care - Wed/Thu

NurseCore is seeking a CNA to provide in-home care for an adult male paraplegic client in the Southwest Las Vegas area (89148), Wednesdays and Thursdays, 7p - 7a.

Responsibilities may vary based on the client’s needs:

• Assist with bedtime routine and personal care
• Prepare meals as needed
• Perform light housekeeping, including dishes
• Run errands as needed
• Support mobility using a Hoyer lift, while the patient uses upper body strength to assist
• Provide hygiene care and maintain dryness
• Respond to occasional requests in the middle of the night (e.g., snacks or comfort items)
• Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift to ensure safety and timely assistance
• Run errands as needed
• Perform other duties as necessary

Must have the following qualifications to be considered: 

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• At least one year of CNA or HHA experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CNA license in the State of Nevada
• Current, hands-on CPR certification in compliance with AHA
• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Successful background check
