About the role: 

The Part-Time Bell Attendant is responsible for assisting guests with luggage, escorting guests throughout the resort, and supporting daily Guest Services operations. This role provides personalized service during arrival and departure while responding to guest requests and helping ensure an exceptional resort experience. This position is part of the Guest Services team and reports to Front Office Management. 

What you will do: 

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure while delivering exceptional hospitality 

• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about resort amenities and services 

• Deliver and retrieve guest luggage efficiently and safely 

• Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pick-ups 

• Respond to guest requests and inquiries regarding resort services, local attractions, directions, and hotel operations 

• Assist guests with special requests whenever possible 

• Deliver packages, amenities, messages, and other items throughout the resort 

• Provide shoe shine service for guests as requested 

• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of lobby and luggage storage areas 

• Support Concierge, Door Staff, and Valet operations as needed 

• Work collaboratively with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction 

What you bring: 

• High school diploma or equivalent experience 

• Previous hospitality, guest service, or customer-facing experience preferred 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times 

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 

• Ability to operate computer systems and guest service technology 

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English 

• Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset 

• Ability to lift and maneuver luggage and packages weighing up to 100 lbs

Schedule & Hours: 

• Part-time schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
