About the RoleWe're seeking licensed or pre-licensed therapists who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Clinicians have opportunities to provide individual, family, group, and telehealth services while working with a diverse client population.

Preferred Licensure

• LPC or associate-level LPC
• LCSW or associate-level social work licensure
• LMFT or associate-level LMFT
• Pre-licensed clinicians actively pursuing full licensure are encouraged to apply

What You'll Do

• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
• Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, case managers, and community supports as needed
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve meaningful goals
• Support the overall mission and success of the clinic

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
• Active clinical license or associate/pre-licensed status in your designated field
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner
• Comfort working with diverse populations
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
• Valant experience is a plus
• Insurance credentialing experience preferred for fully licensed clinicians
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening
