About the Role

MACH10 is scaling nationwide, and we have a problem worth paying someone well to solve.

Every day, dozens of people raise their hand for a quote on mobile ceramic coating and then slip through the cracks. Some fill out half the form and stop. Some pick up the phone once and never answer again. They wanted the information. They just never connected with a human. Right now nobody calls them back.

That's the seat. You're not cold-calling strangers off a list, and you're not waiting on marketing to feed you. You're working an endless, self-refilling pipeline of people who already asked us for a price — and you're the first human who actually gets through.

This is a phone job for someone who is relentless rather than charming. Our closers live on speed and quick reads. You live on volume and persistence. Different muscle, same money.

Work whenever you want. No shift, no schedule, no clocking in. Early mornings, late nights, weekends, split days — your call. We care about one thing: the dials get made.

What You'll Do

Work the pool, relentlessly

• Hit 750+ dials a week, every week. That's the number the job is built around.

• Run a disciplined multi-touch cadence — redial, text, personalized follow-up video — on people who don't answer the first time. That's where most of this money is.

• Reopen partial submits: people who typed a phone number into our funnel and stopped. They wanted a price. You're the one who gives it to them.

Close what you reopen

• Run our quick, ~6-minute consultative pitch: diagnose the situation, educate, build genuine rapport, and close. Make a friend first, close second, but always close.

• Handle the "I forgot I even asked" opener without losing the room. Half your conversations start there.

• Own your number. Your income is a direct result of your volume, your consistency, and your follow-through.

Keep the system clean

• Flawless CRM hygiene in GoHighLevel: notes, dispositions, next steps. If it isn't logged, it didn't happen — and you don't get paid for it.

• Review your own call recordings, implement coaching, keep sharpening.

This Is How You Earn a Closer Seat

Be clear on what this role is: it's the front door to our closing floor.

Our closers work a fixed shift on fresh inbound leads at the highest tickets on the floor. Those seats are limited, and we fill them from the inside first. The fastest way into one is right here — because this seat teaches the two things a closer seat won't forgive you for lacking.

You'll have run more live conversations in your first month than most closers run in three. You'll have handled every objection there is, from people who don't even remember asking for a quote. And you'll have proven you can put in the volume without anyone standing over you.

Perform here and you're not applying for a closer seat. You're the obvious pick for the next one. Several of our best people will come up exactly this way.

What It Takes

This is the job. Everything here is required.

• A workhorse, first and foremost. 750 dials a week is not a stretch goal, it's the baseline. If that number scares you, this isn't your seat.

• Rejection-proof. Most of these people don't remember filling out the form. You'll hear "who is this?" more than our closers ever will, and it can't dent you on dial 300.

• Self-driven. Nobody is scheduling you. Nobody is watching the clock. If you need to be chased, you will fail here — and you'll fail quietly, which is worse.

• Hungry and money-motivated. You do the math on a comp plan and get excited.

• A proven phone closer. You've closed over the phone, handled live objections, and collected money. You can prove it with real numbers.

• A fast learner. You'll master our product, pricing, script, and process in about a week and be closing.

• You read people. You hear tonality and hesitation and adjust in real time — especially in the first ten seconds, when they're deciding whether to hang up on you.

• Set up to perform remotely. Home office or a suitable remote workspace, and reliable connectivity.

A Love of Cars Is a Plus (not a requirement)

You'll be selling to car people, so genuine interest in cars, detailing, or ceramic coatings helps you build credibility fast. Any hands-on automotive background — detailer, shop, styling, paint — is a real advantage. But we don't require years in the trade. Bring the persistence and the phone skill; our onboarding will make you dangerous on the product.

Performance Expectations (this is the filter)

• 750+ dials per week. Tracked in GoHighLevel, reviewed weekly. This is the one non-negotiable.

• Multi-touch cadence executed, not skipped. Three attempts minimum before a record goes cold.

• Every conversation logged and dispositioned.

• Review your own calls and act on feedback.

• Underperformance is addressed quickly. This is a high-bar team chasing best-in-the-industry, and coasting isn't an option.

Training & Ramp

A focused onboarding of about a week: our ~6-minute script first, then product, pricing, packages, and GoHighLevel. You'll be dialing live before the week is out. From there you keep sharpening with the LMS and your own call reviews.

Strongly Preferred

• A proven remote-sales or home-office track record.

• High-volume outbound or dialer experience.

• Any hands-on automotive or detailing background (ceramic, PPF, correction, shop ownership or management).

• GoHighLevel or comparable CRM experience.

Compensation

• Commission-only (1099), uncapped.

• The same commission rate our closers earn. You are not paid less for working outbound.

• $85,000+ OTE at just over 3 installs a day, five days a week, on a ~$1,200 average ticket.

• No cap, no territory, no queue to wait in. Your ceiling is set by how many people you get on the phone — and this pool does not run out.
