Out of School Enrichment Traveling Leader

Love working with kids AND enjoy a little variety? As a Y-Club Traveling Leader, you'll be our go-to team member, trained at the Association level and ready to step in and support any of our 20 before- and after-school programs throughout Stark County.

As a Y-Club Traveling Leader, you will:

•  Lead groups of K–6 children, creating a safe, welcoming environment wherever you're needed.
• Jump into different Y-Club locations and lead fun, engaging activities that build friendships, confidence, and social-emotional skills.
• Be a dependable, flexible part of our Childcare team, getting to know kiddos and staff across multiple Stark County school districts.

Position Details:

• Monday-Friday Before school hours: 630am - 9am (varies by location)
• Monday - Friday After school hours: 3pm - 6pm (varies by Stark County school district location)
• Travel to Y-Club locations throughout Stark County based on coverage needs
• Higher Hourly rate for this specialized traveling role in the following districts:

Plain, Canton City, Perry, Jackson, Northwest, North Canton, Minerva, Louisville, Alliance, Lake

What You'll Need:

• Ability to pass a background check & at least 18 years old with high school diploma/GED
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Stark County
