Orthodontist – Part-Time / Thursday and Friday -  Kingston & Catskill, NY | $1,750–$2,250/Day + Sign-On Bonus
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist to join our fast-growing, pediatric-focused practices in Kingston and Catskill, NY. This is a flexible, high-earning opportunity within a supportive clinical environment. Our offices serve an established patient base, growing over 20% annually, and are anchored in strong orthodontic and pediatric collaboration.
 
For part-time hours, we are prepared to provide daily production incentives on top of base compensation.

Compensation & Incentives (Based on Experience & Productivity)

• Guaranteed Base: $1,500 – $2,000 per day
• Bonding Bonuses: Average $250/day in additional incentives
• Sign-On Bonus:
• Part-Time: $3,500 – $4,000
• Paid in installments over 180 days (in good standing)
• Average Earnings Potential: (Verifiable)
• Based on 2 days/wk x 50 wks/year = $200,000+ annually

 Practice Locations

• Kingston, NY (Ulster County - Kingston)
• Catskill, NY (Greene County – Catskill )
• Interoffice travel is required. 

 Schedule & Flexibility
 

• Part Time ( Thursday and Friday)

• Minimum: 2 days/week

• Shifts: 8 hours/day

• No weekends required, unless desired

• CE reimbursement

• Covered training: BLS/CPR, PALS, Infection Control

 Ideal Candidate

• Orthodontic Specialty License (required)
• Licensed in New York State
• NY Medicaid ID preferred for expedited onboarding
• Skilled in intraoral scanners and digital treatment planning
• Comfortable managing 30–35 adjustments/day
• Collaborative with pediatric providers for interdisciplinary care
• Emotionally intelligent, ethical, and professional
• Willing to commute between offices (preferred, not required)
