Orthodontic Assistant or RDA Flexible Part-Time

We’re looking for a motivated Orthodontic Assistant (or RDA willing to learn orthodontics) who wants to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team, without committing to a full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•  Assist the orthodontist with procedures, including bonding, adjustments, and wire changes 
•  Take records (photos, x-rays, scans) as needed 
•  Deliver a high level of patient care with a friendly, confident presence 
•  Maintain clean, organized, and sterile clinical areas 
•  Support smooth patient flow in a fast-paced environment 
•  Accurately chart and update patient records 
•  Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and California Dental Board guidelines 

Qualifications

Required:

•  Active California OA or RDA license with a willingness to learn orthodontics 
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Positive, team-oriented attitude 
•  Reliable and punctual 

Preferred:

•  Orthodontic experience 
•  Familiarity with digital systems (Cloud 9, iTero)

Compensación: $19.00 - $33.00 per hour
