Crystal Creek Dental is looking for an experienced Orthodontic RDA to join our team. If you are skilled, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced ortho environment, we want to meet you.
What You Will Do
- Assist the orthodontist chairside during exams, bonding, adjustments, and other ortho procedures
- Place and remove brackets, bands, and wires under doctor supervision
- Take and process digital X-rays, photos, and intraoral scans
- Take impressions and assist with Invisalign and aligner fittings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care during treatment
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory
- Assist with scheduling, chart documentation, and maintaining accurate patient records
- Support the front office team as needed to ensure smooth patient flow
- Uphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA compliance standards
What We Are Looking For
- Active Texas RDA license required
- Minimum 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience required
- Hands-on experience with bonding, adjustments, and debanding
- Familiarity with digital scanning and Invisalign preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and a true team player
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, patient-centered environment
