Orlando Remote Sales Solutions Advisor

Scale Sales Teams is hiring a full-time sales professional for its Orlando, FL city team. This is a fully remote position for someone who can guide serious business conversations, understand what a prospective client is trying to accomplish, and help qualified prospects determine whether our services are an appropriate fit.

The Role

You will work inside an established sales and client-acquisition operation. The position centers largely on prospects who have already expressed interest in learning more, allowing the sales professional to spend more time on discovery, evaluation, communication, and decision support instead of depending primarily on cold outreach to create every opportunity.

Core Responsibilities

Your work may include:

Conducting scheduled sales conversations by Zoom and phone

Learning about each prospect's goals, challenges, and current business circumstances

Determining whether there is a legitimate fit between the prospect and an available solution

Explaining appropriate solutions clearly to qualified prospects

Addressing questions, concerns, and objections professionally

Following up with active opportunities when appropriate

Keeping CRM records, pipeline information, and conversation notes organized and accurate

Working toward individual and team performance objectives

Experience in sales, closing, appointment setting, or business development can all be relevant. Candidates should be comfortable conducting remote conversations through both Zoom and phone and should be capable of following a defined process without sounding scripted or impersonal.

Success in this environment also requires the ability to stay productive while working remotely, accept coaching, take responsibility for outcomes, and improve through feedback and repetition.

Previous remote sales experience can be useful, but it is not the only consideration. Strong communication, accountability, work ethic, coachability, competitiveness, and a performance-focused mindset are also important indicators of potential fit.
