Position Overview
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to support leadership, team, organizational, and effectiveness assessment engagements and related organizational development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
For consideration under the Analyst labor category:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience collecting and analyzing data.
• Ability to analyze information and develop meaningful insights.
• Certification, degree, formal training, or demonstrated proficiency in one or more applicable organizational development disciplines is preferred, including:

Assessment Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

• Team effectiveness assessments
• Custom assessment development
• Staff interviews
• Observational meetings
• Surveys
• Assessment reporting and analysis

Responsibilities

• Support leadership, team, enterprise, and individual effectiveness assessments.
• Collect and analyze assessment data.
• Support interviews, observational meetings, and surveys.
• Assist in developing customized assessments based on client needs.
• Analyze assessment results and identify meaningful findings.
• Prepare reports and analyses for HR and organizational stakeholders.
• Support organizational development engagements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Assist consultants, coaches, and facilitators with project-related analysis and materials.
