Organ Health Specialist, Gen Neph

TERRITORY: Northern and Eastern Utah, Idaho and Montana. Ideal candidate must reside in Salt Lake City or surrounding areas. 

We are seeking an experienced Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to join our growing Organ Health sales team! In this role, you will drive revenue growth and market development within the nephrology and transplant markets by cultivating and maintaining key relationships, executing strategic business plans, and promoting the adoption of both existing and newly launched products. Your expertise and insights will play a critical role in advancing our mission to support healthcare providers with innovative diagnostic tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Organ Health Specialist, you will promote and sell Renasight, a genetic test analyzing 385 genes to identify potential hereditary causes of kidney disease, and Prospera, a non-invasive cfDNA test for early detection of kidney transplant rejection—both supporting comprehensive kidney health management from diagnosis to post-transplant care.

• Achieve and exceed performance goals through effective sales strategies, client relationship building, and territory management.
• Drive market adoption of Natera’s Organ Health portfolio (Renasight and Prospera), contributing to successful product launches and market expansion.
• Serve as a local expert on Natera’s technology and services, representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.
• Develop and execute tailored local business plans to achieve sales objectives and maximize available resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within laboratory, molecular, or diagnostic sales.
• Proven track record of closing sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
• Proven ability to drive adoption through clinical education and consultative selling
• Existing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in nephrology or specialty medicine.
• Knowledge of academic medical systems and large hospital systems (IDNs) related to nephrology or specialty medicine.
• Travel up to 50% - 75% within territory, with 10% - 20% overnight stay

The total On Target Earnings (OTE) offers a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions. In addition we also offer a car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$180,000—$200,000 USD
