Our client, a world
leader in life sciences and diagnostics, is looking for a “Order
Fulfillment Specialist” based in Indianapolis, IN(Hybrid).

Pay Rate : $26/hr on W2

Hybrid – On-site
Tues/Wed/Thurs; Remote Mon/Fri after training

Hours: 9 AM–6 PM EST;
Training 8 AM–5 PM EST

Role Overview
The Order Fulfillment Specialist manages the end-to-end customer order
experience from inquiry through delivery. This role handles customer
communications, order changes, returns, credits/debits, pricing, invoicing, and
logistics while partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and improve
processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage
  customer inquiries and orders from initiation through delivery via phone
  and email.
• Process
  order changes, replacements, returns, credits, and debits.
• Troubleshoot
  issues related to pricing, invoicing, products, and logistics.
• Track
  and analyze customer/order trends and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate
  product promotions, process changes, and marketing initiatives.
• Partner
  with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and
  improve service.
• Identify
  process improvements and support quality objectives.
• Provide
  reporting, specialized support, and assistance with special projects.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s
  degree + 1 year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer
  service experience.
• Strong
  verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience
  with order management, order fulfillment, customer service, or related
  operations.
• SAP
  and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong
  problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability
  to work effectively in a hybrid, on-site environment.
