Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in data entry and has strong typing skills, with the flexibility of working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in our database.
- Ensure timely processing of orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide support to other departments as required.
- Assist with data management and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in using office software, particularly spreadsheets and databases.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Familiarity with order management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Salary: 40000 - 50000 USD Per annum
