Location: InvernessDo you love fitness, people, and helping others change their lives? Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a high-energy Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and knows how to connect with people—both in person and on the phone.What You’ll Do:

• Drive membership sales and exceed studio sales goals
• Convert new leads into booked classes and memberships
• Deliver an exceptional first impression for every guest
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with confidence
• Build relationships with members and support retention
• Assist with social media engagement, local marketing, and promotions
• Represent the Orangetheory brand with energy, professionalism, and passion

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous fitness or sales experience preferred (boutique fitness preferred)
• Strong phone skills—you’re confident, persuasive, and personable
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, community engagement)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
