What you'll do:

As the newest Optometrist, you’ll provide comprehensive optometric care in a growing vision therapy practice with a strong focus on myopia management, medical optometry, and laser procedures. You’ll use advanced technology, including the Lumenis Duet YAG/SLT combo, Optos California, Diopsys ERG, Reichert VRx phoropters with 4P clear charts, Topcon OCT, Zeiss Humphrey VF, Carrot Virtual VFs, Right Eye, and a Saccadic Fixator, while caring for patients across an expanding three-location practice with a new office build underway. This role offers part-time to full-time flexibility, with schedules ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Optometry license in Kentucky

For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFH)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFH), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
