Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma

Requirements:

Employment in this position is contingent upon a satisfactory criminal history check (fingerprint-based) in accordance with Chapter 435, Florida Statutes.

Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Not eligible for Telework.

Position Overview and Responsibilities:

Surplus Vehicle Requests:

• Administer and submit surplus vehicle requests, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with state guidelines.
• Coordinate directly with the Department of Management Services (DMS) to facilitate the proper disposition and surplus processing of agency‑owned assets.

Insurance:

• Prepare and submit insurance invoices to the FWC Finance and Budget Office for timely payment and accurate financial recordkeeping.

FleetWave Data Entry:

• Assist with data entry, system updates, and data‑quality cleanup within the DMS FleetWave fleet‑management system to maintain accurate and reliable asset records.

Title Work:

• Manage title filing and documentation, including processing vehicle and vessel registrations in accordance with state requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Pro
• Possess good customer service, telephone and clerical skills
• Ability to work independently, and to solve problems and make decisions.
• Ability to handle detailed work activities and assignments.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to act on changing priorities and responsibilities
• Ability to organize and file documents
