Job DetailsJob Location: Christiansburg, VA 24073Shelor Motor Mile is looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills to join our dealership as an Operator/Receptionists.
Qualifications:
A successful candidate must have the ability to interact professionally and politely with customers while handling a high volume of calls in a timely and efficient manner, as well as the ability to secure and relay detailed information accurately and effectively. A successful candidate will be highly personable and energetic with exceptional customer service skills.
Job Duties:
· Greeting and assisting customers
· Answering inbound phone calls
· Taking payments & handling money
· Scheduling tasks
· Other duties as assigned
Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
Pay starting at $15.00/hr.
