STATUS: PART-TIME (EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Team Member will be responsible for a variety of duties while providing participants with a quality program experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Support F&B operations: running food, drinks, cleaning F&B area
- Check rosters and player's identification
- Ensure correct equipment is available for games and proper set up of all play areas
- Assist the operations leadership with venue preparation for events and tournaments
- Assist the operations leadership during major events with check-in, signage, and other tasks
- Assist in league execution
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff
- Provide knowledge about prices, leagues, and events
- Know and enforce the facility's policies, procedures, and rules
- Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have the ability to work with a wide variety of age groups
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations
- Must be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow Team Members
- Must work well with others
- Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facility
- Commitment to the safety and wellbeing of others
- Have sports experience or an interest to learn
- Able to work electric scoreboard preferred
- Previous coaching/mentoring experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend
- Must be able to walk intermittently
- Will be required to operate a computer
