Business Operations and Growth Manager - SaaS B2B Sales PT hybrid

Intelifi is an established employment background screening and technology company serving businesses nationwide. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager to work directly with our CEO and take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our growing company.
We are looking for someone who knows how to organize people, improve processes, solve problems and make sure things get done — without requiring constant direction.
This is a hands-on management position with meaningful responsibility and direct access to company leadership.
What You’ll Own
As Operations Manager, you’ll become a key point person for the day-to-day operation of the company, allowing the CEO to remain focused on growth, strategy, sales and larger initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
    ●    Overseeing daily company and office operations    ●    Managing employee accountability, productivity and follow-through    ●    Coordinating workflows across operations, customer service, sales and management    ●    Monitoring customer service, turnaround times and escalated issues    ●    Making sure projects and management initiatives actually get completed    ●    Identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions    ●    Creating and improving processes, procedures and SOPs    ●    Helping onboard, train and manage employees    ●    Tracking operational KPIs and providing concise reporting to the CEO    ●    Improving how the company uses technology, software and automation    ●    Coordinating vendors and outside service providers    ●    Supporting quality-control and compliance procedures    ●    Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs    ●    Handling day-to-day problems independently and knowing when something requires CEO involvement    ●    Helping build a culture of accountability, organization and excellent customer service
Who We’re Looking For
The right person is:
    ●    Highly organized and detail-oriented    ●    Proactive and naturally takes ownership    ●    A strong communicator and people manager    ●    Comfortable holding employees accountable    ●    Able to manage multiple priorities at once    ●    Process-oriented and good at creating structure    ●    Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems    ●    Good at spotting inefficiencies and fixing them    ●    Professional with employees, clients and vendors    ●    Comfortable working directly with a CEO    ●    Able to make decisions and work independently without being micromanaged
Experience in operations, staffing, recruiting, background screening, SaaS, HR, B2B services or another process-driven business is a plus.
Schedule & Location
20–25 hours per weekApproximately 3–4 days per weekHybrid — Beverly Hills, California
This is not a fully remote position. Regular in-office presence is an important part of the role, and candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of Beverly Hills.
There is flexibility in structuring the specific days and hours around the right candidate.
Compensation
Competitive Base Compensation + Performance Incentives
We want this person to participate in the success they help create.
In addition to base compensation, the position can include meaningful performance-based compensation tied to measurable results such as company growth, operational improvements, efficiency, customer retention and other agreed-upon objectives.
There may also be opportunities to earn additional compensation for contributing directly to new business or revenue growth.
