Currently hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Manager, Monday to Friday, 3:30pm-midnight (or until finished in Fulfillment)
Salary starts at $75,000/yr

YOU’LL BE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse in a variety of different functions including driving continuous improvement throughout all departmental operations by focusing on safety, production goals, problem solving, and team building with your warehouse team members.
You’ll stay active throughout your entire shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment and will monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI’s are met and/or exceeded.

QualificationsWE’RE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS WHO

Have at least five years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 100 plus with a proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals.
Previous experience managing P&L, implementing and enforcing safety protocols, and creating a “Customer First” environment.
Are highly reliable and responsible. You have excellent attendance and consistently drive your team to meet goals and metrics.
Bring a positive and respectful attitude every day, while leading a team to do the same.
Want to be coached and given feedback to become their best self.
Are physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 30 pounds, while keeping your body in constant motion.
Lean 6 Sigma Certification preferred.
