About the Role
As the Operations Lead at ArcHouse, you'll be the operational backbone of the company, reporting directly to both founders and touching nearly every part of the business. From GTM and revenue systems to product operations, vendor management, and internal workflows, you'll own the work of making ArcHouse run better.

This isn't only a role where problems get handed to you. You'll find them yourself, build the solution, and ship it - then move to the next one. The work we do ultimately serves patients and families navigating end-of-life care, and the right person for this role will feel the weight and meaning of that.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve operational systems across GTM, product, finance, vendor management, and internal workflows

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and gaps across the business, and close them without waiting to be asked

• Build and maintain automations that reduce manual work and connect tools across the stack

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals

• Partner closely with both founders on operational priorities as the company scales

• Maintain and evolve our core tooling (Notion, Linear, Pylon and others) to match how the team works

• Create process documentation and operational structure that helps the whole team move faster

Your Traits / Qualifications

• 4–6 years of operations experience in a startup or high-growth environment (SaaS or healthcare experience is a plus)

• Fluent in modern ops tooling: Notion, Linear, Claude, and similar; you adopt new tools quickly and push them to their limits

• Strong instinct for automation: you look for places to connect systems and eliminate repetitive work

• Proactive problem-finder who doesn't need hand-holding to scope and execute

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making judgment calls with incomplete information

• Clear written communicator who can document processes and keep stakeholders aligned

• Genuine interest in the healthcare space and the mission of improving care for vulnerable patients
