Operations Intern

What You'll Do

• Open, sort, and organize incoming company mail

• Scan and appropriately route checks and other business documents

• Assist with organizing, retrieving, and maintaining patient consent documentation

• Handle documents containing Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with company policies

• Scan, upload, file, and organize records and administrative documents

• Support document collection and basic record verification

• Assist with maintaining accurate internal trackers and operational records

• Complete routine administrative tasks that support Operations and other internal teams

• Help prepare, organize, and distribute materials as needed

• Support miscellaneous office and operational projects as priorities arise

• Escalate missing, incomplete, or unclear documentation to the appropriate team member

What We're Looking For

• Current college student or recent graduate preferred

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Reliable and able to complete repetitive tasks accurately

• Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information

• Strong judgment and professionalism

• Able to follow documented processes and instructions closely

• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, scanners, and cloud-based document systems

• Able to manage multiple small tasks and prioritize appropriately

• Willing to take ownership of both routine and miscellaneous operational needs

Important Requirements

This position may involve access to confidential business information and Protected Health Information. The individual in this role will be expected to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality

• Follow Circadia Health privacy and security policies

• Complete required HIPAA and privacy training

• Handle PHI only as necessary to complete assigned responsibilities

• Follow established procedures for storing, transmitting, and disposing of sensitive information
