About the role
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll support day-to-day business operations while serving as a key connection between the sales, operations, and finance teams. You’ll be responsible for order processing, contract support, pricing validation, and ensuring information moves accurately and efficiently across teams.
This role is ideal for someone with previous operations or sales experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple business functions.
What you’ll do

Serve as a liaison between sales, operations, and accounting teams to support clear and effective communication

Review and validate documentation and pricing to ensure accurate order entry and processing

Perform cost and margin analysis and maintain accurate supporting records

Provide frontline operational support to the sales team and respond to order, pricing, and process-related questions

Support contract and order management activities

Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and provide administrative support as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and day-to-day operations

Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity
What you’ll bring
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

2+ years of experience in an operations or sales role

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
Preferred:

Previous experience with NetSuite

Previous experience with Salesforce

Experience within the technology and/or software industry
