Job Description
BizTek People is in search for an experience Operational Resilience PM for our client in NYC!
Schedule: Hybrid, approximately 50% onsite
Industry: Financial Services
Seeking an experienced Operational Resilience PM/BA to lead a regulatory compliance initiative focused on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
Responsibilities:• Lead regulatory projects related to DFS 500.4• Define business requirements, methodology, templates, and project roadmaps• Develop Disaster Recovery policies and procedures• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications:• 5–7 years of relevant experience• Financial services experience required• Experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and/or Disaster Recovery• Knowledge of U.S. financial services regulatory requirements• Strong project management and policy/procedure writing experience• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint• Bachelor’s degree required• Big Four or equivalent consulting experience is a plus
