Onsite Outpatient Psychotherapist (Fully Licensed LPC ONLY) – Westover Hills

Job description
We are seeking a qualified clinical therapist to join our team as an onsite outpatient psychotherapist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality mental health services. This role involves working with individuals, families, and groups to address a variety of psychological and emotional challenges. The Clinical Therapist will play a critical role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
• Provide various therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, EMDR, etc.
• Facilitate child family counseling sessions to improve communication and relationships within families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills

• Trauma-informed
• Experience in child family counseling and understanding of pediatric mental health issues.
• Knowledge of crisis management strategies to assist clients during critical situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages.

Job Type: Full-time, 1099, paid twice a month.

Pay: $75.00 per hour (No-shows are unpaid)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Work Location: Onsite
