Position Overview

We are expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy researching destinations, communicating with people, and organizing vacation details. As an Online Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with exploring getaway options and coordinating personalized arrangements based on their interests, schedules, and budgets.

You may work with clients planning all-inclusive vacations, cruises, family trips, couples escapes, group getaways, tours, celebrations, and international experiences. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn about their vacation goals, preferences, dates, and budget
• Research destinations, accommodations, resorts, cruises, tours, activities, and packages
• Prepare personalized options based on individual client needs
• Explain available vacation choices, promotions, and reservation requirements
• Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other services
• Complete reservation-related tasks through approved supplier resources
• Organize confirmations, itinerary details, and important trip information
• Follow up with clients regarding decisions, deadlines, and upcoming requirements
• Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
• Respond to questions and assist with routine reservation updates
• Maintain accurate digital records of client communications and arrangements
• Stay informed about destination updates, supplier offerings, and current vacation opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable conducting online research and comparing options
• Able to manage responsibilities and follow-ups independently
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Comfortable learning online booking systems and digital tools
• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
