Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Online Live Chat Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing real-time support, answering inquiries, and delivering an exceptional online experience through live chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Uphold company standards for customer service excellence
Qualifications:
Excellent written communication and typing skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously
Previous customer service or live chat experience preferred
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Schedule:
Flexible part-time hours (evenings and/or weekends may be required)
