We're seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our growing team as Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Benefits Representatives. In this role, you'll connect with clients who have requested information, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide outstanding customer service while helping working families protect what matters most.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do

Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.

Provide exceptional customer service and client support.

Educate clients about life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.

Guide clients through the enrollment process.

Build long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism.

Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
