What You'll Do
As an Online Client Care Representative, you'll provide virtual support to individuals and families while helping them understand and access available benefit programs.
Provide Exceptional Client Care
- Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits clearly
- Listen to each client's needs and provide personalized guidance
- Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment
- Provide professional support before, during, and after enrollment
Build Long-Term Relationships
- Create a positive and professional client experience
- Build trust through active listening, communication, and reliable follow-up
- Conduct benefit and policy reviews when appropriate
- Assist with beneficiary updates, policy changes, and service requests
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and their families
Stay Organized & Connected
- Maintain accurate digital client records
- Manage appointments and follow-up communications
- Utilize Zoom, email, CRM systems, and other online tools
- Follow company procedures and applicable state requirements
