Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | Roseburg, OR
Pay Range: $44.73–$60.34 per hour
Based on licensed experience
PRN Opportunities Available | 1–2 shifts per week required
Weekend availability required: 2 weekend shifts per month
Please note: PRN shifts are not guaranteed and flexibility is required.

What You’ll Do
As an LPN, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

Assessing resident needs and providing appropriate nursing care.

Developing and implementing individualized care plans.

Supervising CNAs and other care team members in the delivery of nursing services.

Following all applicable state and federal regulations, facility policies, and standards of nursing practice.

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident health, comfort, and quality of life.

Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate, respectful care.
What We’re Looking For
-
Current, active LPN license in the state of Oregon.

1–2 years of licensed nursing experience preferred.

Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) experience preferred.

Ability to assess resident needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

Experience developing and following individualized care
