Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, consistent hospitality service at a range of event types, from weddings to corporate gatherings.
• Interact with clients and guests in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Assess guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations that enhance their event experience.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of the event areas before, during, and after events, ensuring a tidy and safe environment. This includes the breakdown of the event and to reset for the next event.
• Restock and replenish food inventory and supplies as needed.
• Handle glassware and dishes with care and professionalism.
• Work closely with event coordinators and catering staff to ensure cohesive service.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a FOH team member with a solid reference track record.
• Excellent knowledge of hospitality and guest service.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Relevant training certificate (e.g., Food Handler certification).

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in a catering or events setting.
• Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to different event styles.
• Capability to perform efficiently under pressure.

*Required uniform is the standard black bistro: a black long-sleeved button-down ironed/pressed shirt, black vest, black tie, black slacks (no leggings/no jeans), black belt, black socks, and black non-slip shoes.
