On-Call Dishwasher

OVERVIEW: 

The Dishwasher maintains all assigned areas in a manner that represents cleanliness, order, and sanitation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wash and store dishes, pots, and pans
• Maintain cleanliness of all dishwashing areas
• Sweep the kitchen floor after each meal
• Sweep and mop dining room floor
• Empty trash
• Mop the kitch floor after final meal
• Prepare clean up pans, cleaning cloths, and spatulas for each table
• Other related duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Team player
• Great communication skills

EQUIPMENT USED: 

• Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software
• Relevant cleaning equipment
• Relevant kitchen equipment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
