Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN
Starting Wage: $25.18/HR–$32.45/HR
Pay is based on certified CNA experience
Location: Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Grants Pass, OR
Schedule: PRN (shifts and schedules are not guaranteed)

What You’ll Do
As a CNA, you’ll play an important role in providing compassionate, hands-on care to our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Promoting resident safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity
- Following individualized care plans and accurately documenting vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas
- Communicating and collaborating with nurses and other members of the care team
- Performing additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- Active CNA certification in good standing with the state
- Ability to pick up 1–2 shifts per pay period and 2 weekend shifts per month as required for PRN status
- Recent CNA education or completed clinical hours
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to resident care
- Commitment to treating every resident with respect, dignity, and kindness
