What you will do 

As a Senior Consultant, you will work alongside colleagues at all levels and with clients around the world to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. You will lead significant components of client engagements, take ownership of complex analyses and workstreams, and translate insights into practical, high-impact recommendations. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Structuring complex business problems and developing analytical approaches to address them 

• Conducting and overseeing research, interviews, surveys, and quantitative analyses 

• Synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations 

• Developing compelling, client-ready presentations and communications 

• Leading defined project workstreams and managing deliverables, timelines, and quality 

• Collaborating closely with clients and project teams to drive alignment and successful project outcomes 

• Supporting implementation and helping clients translate recommendations into action 

• Coaching and supporting more junior team members 

• Contributing to practice development, intellectual capital, and knowledge-building initiatives 

Generalist consultants have the opportunity to work across a range of industries and capabilities, building broad experience before aligning more closely with a practice area and deepening their expertise. Depending on business needs and project opportunities, this may include work across Consumer, Telecommunications and Technology, Energy and Natural Resources, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance and Asset Management, Health and Life Sciences, Performance Transformation, Private Capital, and Transportation and Advanced Industrials.

Qualifications 

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, leadership potential, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in dynamic, team-based environments. 

• 2–4 years of relevant strategy consulting experience 

• Demonstrated experience leading projects or significant workstreams within a strategy consulting firm

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities 

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments

The applicable base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $155,000 USD.  The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
